Founding attorney Wendy Burgower is a past President-elect and Chair of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, while family law attorney Charlotte Rainwater became a partner at our law firm in 2005 and previously served on the board of the Family Law Section of the Houston Bar Association. Sara Springer Valentine became an associate at the firm in 2007 and is currently serving on the board of the Family Law Section of the Houston Bar Association.
Both Wendy and Charlotte are trained family law mediators who take the mediation process very seriously and place great belief in its effectiveness.
